•Drive store sales by building genuine connections with fans, exceeding individual and store targets, and maintaining brand standards.
•Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations.
•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes while developing talent.
•Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; plan succession and internal mobility to strengthen the store team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 69,000 annually
