Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day oversight of multiple processes, including monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvements or redesign initiatives.
  • •Define, establish, and manage process controls and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with other groups; make final recommendations for approved changes.
  • •Perform research and actively engage in problem-solving exercises.
  • •Ensure document and change control management standards are adhered to, including quality assurance across all L3 processes.
  • •Retrieve reports and analyze learning event data from the LMS to recommend enhancements/changes, assess implementation risks, validate end-to-end outcomes, and communicate results to internal stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Compliance, Operations, Project Management, Process Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management.
  • •At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) (1+ years preferred) and knowledge of compliance/risk/process management (3+ years preferred).
