Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and expand relationships with a defined portfolio of ~250 corporate card clients across multiple industries.
  • •Achieve annual charge volume and growth targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and reducing attrition.
  • •Create winning client strategies, internal account plans, client business plans, and account reviews.
  • •Conduct day-to-day account reviews, issue resolution, and needs assessments to embed additional American Express products and digital tools.
  • •Identify risk factors and protect the portfolio against charge volume loss, including ongoing engagement with C-level executives.
