Key Responsibilities

•Drive execution of work scope as defined in the program schedule and define objectives and technical content for sub-IPTs.
•Communicate status, accomplishments, issues, and needs to RTX and program leadership.
•Provide technical leadership to Sub-IPTs and collaborators across the program.
•Manage engineering support for production of legacy Stinger Blk I missile to meet a demanding schedule.
•Review and lead production-related failure investigations and implement corrective actions.

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience managing a multi-disciplined Hardware Engineering Team.
•Experience with technical team and supplier management.
•Experience using program management tools such as Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management to identify issues and develop recommended courses of action to program leadership.
•Advanced Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) is preferred.
