Job Summary

Lead a team of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professionals for the LVCTS project, coordinating with multidisciplinary IPTs to plan, execute, and report ILS activities across five Canadian sites. Responsible for ILS plan development, maintenance program design, system reviews support, and ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and corporate policies while mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of ILS professionals to complete ILS activities (ILS Plan, Publications, Logistics Support Analysis, System Effectiveness, Configuration Management)
•Design and implement the LVCTS ILS and Maintenance Program
•Support mandated system reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and system-level reviews
•Host ILS-related customer working groups to gather SME guidance for ILS deliverables
•Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ILS for military procurements (or equivalent)
•Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, or training development (defence/aerospace preferred)
•Proven experience managing teams with strong leadership and communication skills
•Expertise in project management including cost control, scheduling, technical performance and reporting
•Willingness to travel occasionally and bilingual (French & English) is desirable
