Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of ILS professionals to complete ILS activities (ILS Plan, Publications, Logistics Support Analysis, System Effectiveness, Configuration Management)
  • •Design and implement the LVCTS ILS and Maintenance Program
  • •Support mandated system reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and system-level reviews
  • •Host ILS-related customer working groups to gather SME guidance for ILS deliverables
  • •Identify technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ILS for military procurements (or equivalent)
  • •Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, engineering, or training development (defence/aerospace preferred)
  • •Proven experience managing teams with strong leadership and communication skills
  • •Expertise in project management including cost control, scheduling, technical performance and reporting
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally and bilingual (French & English) is desirable
