  • •Support the Process Excellence pillar agenda by translating COO transformation strategy into a prioritised, sequenced programme of process improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead end-to-end process mapping and diagnostics across COO-managed workflows, quantifying inefficiencies, duplication, rework, and handoff delays.
  • •Design and implement simplified target-state processes, ensuring changes are embedded through updated procedures, controls, and training.
  • •Build and manage a pipeline of simplification initiatives, tracking throughput improvements, cycle-time reduction, and capacity release outcomes.
  • •Oversee deployment of process mining tooling and represent the Simplify & Rewire pillar in senior governance forums with concise progress, risk, and decision updates.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years’ experience in process excellence, operational improvement, or business transformation within financial services.
  • •Proven track record delivering end-to-end process redesign from diagnostic through implementation and sustained adoption.
  • •Strong expertise in process mapping and Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification advantageous).
  • •Familiarity with process mining/analytics tooling (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Python) and ability to turn outputs into actionable narratives.
  • •Degree-level education (or equivalent); MBA or professional process qualification advantageous.
