Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care including assessment, triage, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • •Provide timely, safe interventions aligned with evidence-based emergency care guidelines and clinical pathways.
  • •Administer medications and manage emergency equipment to ensure patient safety.
  • •Communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, escalating critical cases promptly.
  • •Maintain accurate documentation and support patient and family education while adhering to quality, safety, and infection-control standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • •Valid medical license from Department of Health (DOH) as Registered Nurse or eligibility to get one.
  • •2-3 years of Emergency Department experience.
  • •BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS is an advantage).
  • •Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
