Own the end-to-end design process for men’s and women’s outerwear for the Timberland team in Stabio, creating weather-ready, rugged products that reflect Timberland’s DNA. Use market research to understand consumers, bring fresh and authentic ideas, and blend traditional and modern tools. Collaborate closely with Development, Merchandising, and Product Specialists, visit vendors to refine products, and mentor others while driving intent and purpose in every design.
