Job Summary

Support the development and implementation of the HTL Asset Integrity Management System for terminal assets across the lifecycle, from design through maintenance and decommissioning. Collaborate with the Asset Integrity Manager on governance, audits, KPI tracking, process observations, and technical input to project design. Develop technical standards, drive gap closure, and implement predictive maintenance, RBI/RCM, asset registers, competency assurance, and EHSSQ activities including safety observation rounds and incident investigation support.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development and management of the Asset Integrity Management System across local and overseas terminals.
•Conduct terminal support visits, produce visit reports with recommendations, monitor recommendation implementation, and review/conduct audits.
•Develop and sustain MMS across terminals and maintain/support SAP maintenance modules.
•Develop and implement predictive maintenance, RBI, and RCM programs; maintain the critical asset register and life-extension/obsolescence plans.
•Support competency assurance, EHSSQ activities (including safety observation rounds), incident/accident investigation support, and participate in HAZOP and design reviews.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline with 5 years post-graduate experience in oil and gas, terminals, or related industry; or a diploma with at least 10 years experience at a supervisory level.
•Strong maintenance and/or asset integrity background.
•Ability to support management of consultants and demonstrate good organizational and leadership qualities.
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Good computer skills and experience generating reports.
