Senior Project Manager - Development

Lead a portfolio of large-scale data center development projects from site identification and acquisition through entitlement, utility coordination, due diligence, and readiness for construction. Serve as the primary day-to-day client representative and trusted advisor, managing governance, schedules, budgets, and risks while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Support feasibility, value engineering, RFPs, design review, and commissioning planning, then provide construction-phase oversight including site visits, reporting, and handover to operations.
