Automotive Shop Foreman

Supervise a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, managing the safe movement of vehicles for repairs and driving production, quality, and inventory goals. Oversee day-to-day shop activities, coach team members, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with processes and performance standards. Review mechanical and physical defects, train using quality control standards, and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and overall vehicle quality.
