Key Responsibilities

•Design and analyze structural systems for building projects including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
•Prepare calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications in support of design development and construction.
•Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated building solutions.
•Support project execution from concept through construction, including responding to RFIs and reviewing shop drawings.
•Apply relevant building codes, standards, and best practices to ensure safety, quality, and constructability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•Registered or eligible for registration as an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada.
•4+ years of structural engineering experience focused on building projects.
•Working knowledge of Canadian building codes and structural design standards.
•Experience with structural analysis and design software for buildings.
