Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for Singapore across group business lines.
  • •Drive new business development across Corporate & Middle Market, Government & Inter-governmental Organisations, and Partnership & Affinity segments.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with brokers, MGAs, insurers, and bank-insurers, including ongoing support and training.
  • •Support and grow key accounts, strengthening and broadening relationships over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or professional insurance qualification (e.g. CII) preferred.
  • •7+ years of experience in a sales environment, ideally international health insurance, group employee benefits, life insurance, or financial services.
  • •Proven track record driving new business growth and managing key accounts with brokers and intermediaries.
  • •Strong understanding of international health, life, disability, and protection insurance products for corporate/institutional clients.
  • •Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
