Key Responsibilities

  • •Own story content, define acceptance criteria, and provide end story sign-off across team backlogs, ensuring timely preparation, refinement, and prioritization for future PIs.
  • •Ensure technical debt and non-functional requirements are captured, refined, and prioritized across sprints.
  • •Capture and incorporate BAU, ceremony, and spike activities into team backlogs within available capacity.
  • •Prepare contributions to PI demos with other applicable Product Owners and maintain feature quality by identifying risks and dependencies to the Product Portfolio backlog.
  • •Define metrics for success and performance of prioritized work, participate in product management meetings (including PI Planning), and help grow the Product Owner community and innovation practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3) in IT.
  • •5+ years of total IT experience, including 2+ years practical experience working as a Product Owner/Manager in a team-facing capacity, driving change and delivery at pace.
  • •Global Product training and certification (CSPO/SAFe/PSPO).
  • •Demonstrated technical or domain expertise within the specific domain, staying current with regulatory and technical changes applicable to the Emirates group.
  • •Strong familiarity with product management tools for software delivery and the ability to communicate clearly with peers and stakeholders.
