Job Summary

Oversee daily outbound and shipping operations within a TikTok Shop Sorting Center, ensuring parcels are consolidated, loaded, and released accurately and on time. Own dock and carrier coordination, monitor key performance metrics (OTD, trailer utilization, productivity, shipment accuracy), and resolve outbound exceptions and discrepancies. Partner with inbound/sortation/transportation/planning teams to support end-to-end network execution, while leading and coaching frontline associates with a strong safety and compliance focus.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily outbound operations including package consolidation, palletization, labeling, loading, and shipment release.
•Ensure shipments are loaded accurately per routing plans, transportation schedules, and carrier requirements.
•Monitor and drive operational metrics such as on time departure (OTD), trailer utilization, loading productivity, and shipment accuracy.
•Coordinate dock scheduling and loading with line haul providers, parcel carriers, and transportation partners to optimize trailer turnaround and dock utilization.
•Investigate and resolve outbound exceptions, shipment discrepancies, loading errors, and transportation delays; lead and develop frontline associates with safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•Associate's degree or above.
•3+ years of experience in outbound operations, shipping, transportation, warehouse operations, or 3PL environments.
•Experience coordinating carrier operations, dock activities, and outbound shipment execution in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong knowledge of shipment processing, loading operations, routing compliance, and transportation service requirements.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet critical deadlines, and perform effectively.
