Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze customer (airline/MRO) in-service damage reports to assess structural impact.
  • •Develop compliant repair solutions, including static and fatigue strength analysis, using Airbus stress methods and certification standards.
  • •Prepare and authorize technical documents, drawings, and memos required for repair solutions.
  • •Collaborate with Design Office and other stakeholders (e.g., Materials & Processes, Aerodynamics) to ensure solutions are technically sound and customer-focused.
  • •Manage repair query workflows, support digitalization/technical improvements, and maintain delivery reporting and lessons learned documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering (postgraduate qualification preferred).
  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
  • •Proven experience in aircraft structural design, stress analysis, and fatigue/damage tolerance principles.
  • •Basic understanding of airworthiness regulations for aircraft structures and repairs.
  • •Solid knowledge of metallic and composite materials and relevant aerospace manufacturing processes.
