Key Responsibilities

•Own the RCM roadmap and set strategy and priorities across the product suite, balancing denial reduction, reimbursement speed, and workflow automation.
•Translate dental insurance rules, CDT coding logic, eligibility, and claims workflows into intuitive, scalable product features.
•Use Claude and Videa AI tooling to build clickable prototypes and validate concepts with real users before committing engineering time.
•Partner with engineering to pressure-test feasibility by prototyping against real workflows and data, clarifying trade-offs early.
•Improve claim acceptance and patient care by automating manual clinical and administrative workflows for dentists and their teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

•3+ years of agile software development experience, ideally managing SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech products.
•Ability to analyze product usage metrics, billing-funnel drop-off, and algorithmic accuracy for automated coding features.

•Highly skilled using AI tools like Claude Code and Claude design to prototype, validate, and ship customer experiences.
•Bonus: domain experience in dental billing, electronic claims submission, clearinghouse workflows, or dental insurance adjudication.
