Key Responsibilities

•Lead and champion Health and Safety strategic initiatives to embed best-practice policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines across the department and project delivery.
•Manage and mentor team members to achieve corporate and project objectives, monitoring progress and providing guidance.
•Identify, assess, and manage key Health and Safety risks across departmental operations, project development, and construction activities.
•Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and key design firms to ensure integrated HSE practices.
•Participate in or lead post-tender evaluations to assess compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•15+ years of construction work experience in Health and Safety Management
•Proven experience implementing and managing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001)
•Strong capability in HSE auditing, compliance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
•Experience in promoting Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs to strengthen safety culture and workforce engagement
•Willingness to travel internationally or work outside the UAE when required to support project teams
