Lead the enterprise DevSecOps practice within the Digital Infrastructure & Systems department, building an ecosystem for government-scale digital services across on-premises and hybrid multi-cloud. Own DevSecOps strategy, governance, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, GitOps frameworks, and container platform operations. Ensure embedded security (SAST/DAST, secrets, compliance automation) and implement observability using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead the DevSecOps section, including org structure, operating model, roadmap, KPIs/SLAs, and governance processes.
•Build, mentor, and manage a DevSecOps engineering team, including performance management and technical mentoring.
•Design and manage enterprise CI/CD platforms using GitLab, implementing secure pipelines with integrated scanning, compliance validation, and automated testing.
•Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps methodologies and standardize DevSecOps onboarding frameworks for applications and development teams.
•Manage Kubernetes/OpenShift and hybrid cloud DevSecOps integration, embedding security controls in the delivery lifecycle and implementing observability and monitoring practices.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 12+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering, with 7+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps leadership or management.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.
•Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift administration and architecture.
•Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
•Hands-on experience with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Helm, plus DevSecOps security controls and secure SDLC.
