Job Summary

Senior/Principal Civil 3D Modeller in the Renewables team supporting full Civil 3D modelling across the project lifecycle. Lead and mentor a design team, deliver earthwork, drainage and design data, and ensure adherence to Civil 3D standards and ISO19650 in a hybrid role based in the UK, contributing to pre-feasibility through construction phases.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out earthwork design and analysis primarily with tracks/roads/intersections/laydown construction areas, volumes analysis and drainage
•Process, annotate, and present design data as project deliverables
•Document control and ongoing design data management
•Provide expertise as the go-to Civil 3D modeller within the team and guide others
•Operate CAD software for internal/external meetings and presentations, and ensure adherence to CAD standards

Key Requirements

•HNC / HND, BSc, BEng, MSc or MEng in an engineering or CAD-related subject (civil engineering preferred)
•Experience within civil engineering industries (land development, transport, construction, water, waste, mining, surveying)
•Proficient user of AutoCAD Civil 3D in a live project environment
•Comfortable as the go-to modeller for Civil 3D expertise and guidance in the team, with interest in building/leading a modelling team
•Understanding or accreditation of ISO19650 & IM framework
