Own end-to-end go-to-market for new product features: define positioning and messaging, create launch collateral, and run internal enablement. •Own product launches end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, collateral, and internal enablement.
•Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as battlecards, ROI calculators, decks, and case studies.
•Build a competitive intelligence function to track competitors and support differentiation.
•Define and update ICP personas and buyer journeys for mid-market and enterprise e-commerce.
•Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to translate roadmap items into customer narratives and measure feature adoption/use to assess launch effectiveness.
