Key Responsibilities

•Build and own the AI infrastructure platform that supports non-deterministic models, agentic workflows, tooling, and evals.
•Develop AI-powered approval workflows with configurable routing and auditable business logic.
•Design and implement an intelligent collections agent that autonomously executes end-to-end workflows with contextual data.
•Influence architecture and engineering practices in a lean, high-growth environment with direct customer impact.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product) to ship reliable software and address production challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience shipping AI-powered systems and end-to-end ownership from problem identification to deployment and monitoring, with a focus on real-world reliability.
•Strong background building AI infrastructure for non-deterministic models, including agentic workflows, prompt iteration, tooling, and evaluation components.
•Experience designing flexible, natural-language-configurable approval workflows and turning them into deterministic, auditable business logic.
•Ability to architect and implement an autonomous collections agent that executes end-to-end workflows with context gathering and escalation rules.
•Proven track record shipping production backend systems, collaborating in cross-functional teams (design/product) and communicating clearly in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
