Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience through genuine customer connection, product education, and brand mission storytelling. You’ll lead Flow initiative efforts, help ensure a friendly, easy shopping environment, and build daily client relationships. Partnering with store leadership, you’ll review reports, support action plans, manage sales floor coverage, and help execute front/back of house procedures while maintaining an engaging, well-run store in La Jolla.
