Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field, or NICET 2, or CMIT Level 3 (per CTDOT requirements).
  • •Minimum 1 year of construction inspection experience (2 years with NICET 2 or CMIT 3).
  • •Strong oral and written technical communication skills.
  • •Ability to learn how to read plans and specifications (or the aptitude to learn).
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
