Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product Owner and Project Managers to gather updates and risk factors across multiple projects, and communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • •Monitor and report productivity savings for each portfolio and initiative in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • •Monitor monthly financials for each portfolio and project and clearly communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • •Operate independently with deep knowledge of the business unit and related areas, contributing to broader strategic discussions.
  • •Interact with committees and senior management to present updates and insights; leverage Excel, Power BI, and Clarity to track information, build dashboards, and analyze project costs.
