Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer inquiries from internal associates and business partners, and act as a liaison between financial advisors and internal PWM support teams.
  • •Assist the branch social media strategy (LinkedIn, website, X, etc.) and support internal operations improvements.
  • •Maintain the CRM for Financial Advisors and support client relationship management through mailings, reporting, email tracking, and related workflows.
  • •Perform daily branch operations including processing check deposits, managing broker-of-the-day call logs, sorting and routing mail, and copying/faxing/filing materials.
  • •Log compliance files and organize branch logistics such as vendor luncheons, conference rooms, office supplies, and restocking.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •1+ years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in financial services.
  • •Excellent verbal communication and telephone/client service skills.
  • •Detail oriented with strong critical thinking, proactive problem solving, and the ability to handle challenging client situations professionally.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn and use wealth management platforms.
