Key Responsibilities

•Deliver capital projects across the Glasgow site and support MOD/business-funded construction activity as part of a cross-functional team.
•Implement the Group Real Estate strategy by optimising assets and ensuring strong governance, processes and reporting.
•Lead risk, budget and programme management while maintaining a UK-wide risk register and promoting a transparent, no-surprises culture.
•Support PACE and SSNA bid work packages across Cheadle and Templecombe.
•Manage tendering and compliance from employer requirements through to design and construction tender processes.

Key Requirements

•Experience in capital and construction projects — ideally full RIBA lifecycle, with MOD/defence exposure an advantage
•Strong project management capability in regulated or manufacturing environments

•Skills in risk, budget and programme control with proficiency in project management tools
•H&S certification (IOSH/NEBOSH) and experience in facilities, installation or commissioning projects
