Evaluate usability, effectiveness, and scalability while producing clear test reports and recommendations, continuously improving QA practices for evolving AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures for conversational AI applications and agentic AI/LLM systems.
•Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to maintain quality across the product lifecycle.
•Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for conversational AI platforms and LLM-based solutions.
•Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA and provide testing insights and reports.
•Analyze requirements to design test strategies and deliver stakeholder-ready test report summaries and recommendations.

Key Requirements

•3–7 years of software testing and QA experience with Conversational AI and Agentic AI/LLMs.
•Experience with manual and automation testing for conversational/chatbot and agentic/LLM use cases.
•Hands-on JIRA experience for defect tracking and project management.
•Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
•Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
