Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee programs and operations at the place of work, coordinating with other coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
  • •Design, implement, and evaluate programs that support employee professional development and continuous learning.
  • •Lead operations and oversee personnel and budget matters, including cost estimation and control.
  • •Oversee contractor activities and operational phases, including schedules, contract negotiation, and review/approvals of operational issues.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience in construction operations, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience (plus).
  • •Strong planning, scheduling, and construction project oversight to ensure timely completion and efficiency.
  • •In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes for quality and compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional qualification in engineering/operations management or MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
