Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver post-sales engineering implementation services for network solutions, including requirements, implementation plans, system designs, staging, configuration/testing, and deployment.
  • •Assess solution specifications against changing customer requirements and recommend improvements that optimize value for clients and BBOX.
  • •Create documentation for internal and external clients covering system designs and configurations of deployed solutions.
  • •Coordinate remotely with Smart Hands and project managers, communicate clearly, manage client expectations, drive milestones, and participate in status reviews.
  • •Troubleshoot and perform ongoing change management in data center environments to meet SLA commitments and client satisfaction objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 5 years of engineering deployment experience assessing complex client requirements, designing solutions, and implementing within the technology services industry.
  • •Post-sales engineering experience with network solutions, including requirements definitions, implementation plans, end-to-end system designs, and deployment of software and/or hardware solutions.
  • •Strong production data center experience managing routers, switches, firewalls, global/local load balancing, DMZ, and DDI, plus routing/switching knowledge (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
  • •Cisco CCNP and CCNA required (Arista ACE or related certifications preferred).
