Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an accurate and timely month-end close by preparing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations across key general ledger accounts.
  • •Manage close workflows, task tracking, and balance sheet reconciliations within Numeric to improve efficiency and transparency.
  • •Oversee corporate card transactions, employee expense reimbursements, and accounts payable workflows using Ramp.
  • •Reconcile subscription billing and SaaS/payment gateway transactions using Maxio, and maintain equity transaction records and stock-based compensation schedules in Carta.
  • •Ensure accounting records and internal controls follow US GAAP, and support audits, tax filings, compliance, and ad-hoc reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Active CPA license (required).
  • •3+ years of progressive general ledger accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, month-end close procedures, and account reconciliation best practices.
  • •Direct, hands-on experience with modern cloud ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
  • •Experience using accounting tooling such as Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta (or comparable platforms).
