Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver AI-powered products that change how associates work and how customers interact.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Leverage open-source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch) to build solutions.
  • •Invent and introduce state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve performance (scalability, cost, latency, throughput) in production AI systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 229,900 - 262,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus at least 6 years developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's degree plus at least 4 years.
  • •At least 6 years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •7 years of experience deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Experience designing, developing, integrating, delivering, and supporting complex AI systems.
  • •Experience with LLM inference, similarity search, and VectorDBs, guardrails, or related AI components using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang.
