Job Summary

Set and execute the regional Learning & Development (L&D) direction for all employees, ensuring the learning strategy delivers meaningful programmes and drives the annual learning target. Lead retail learning and management development through digital learning tools, blended and experiential approaches, and strong partnership with HRBPs. Own head-office training needs analysis and talent development, oversee performance and budgets, and measure training effectiveness and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the regional L&D strategy aligned with the HR Director, regional business goals, and the group learning vision.
•Collaborate with the retail training manager to agree the annual retail learning plan and drive learning innovation through digital tools and blended/experiential approaches.
•Own head-office employee learning including needs analysis, training delivery/sourcing, rollout, and follow-up to ensure positive impact.
•Design and deliver key talent development programmes, including management development and UAE National specific development paths, and leadership initiatives.
•Evaluate training effectiveness, manage L&D performance against key metrics, maintain retail learning administration for annual HR reporting, and proactively manage the L&D department budget.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management with a focus on talent development, training, or L&D, preferably in retail or a client-oriented industry.
•Proven experience building and managing talent programmes.
•Strong understanding of learning frameworks and employee development.
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
•Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
