Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement EMEA-wide payroll compliance frameworks with country-specific depth and regional consistency.
  • •Monitor payroll compliance and regulatory updates, communicate impacts, and update policies accordingly.
  • •Ensure payroll operations comply with relevant labor, tax and other laws.
  • •Develop and maintain country-level payroll compliance whitepapers and translate regulatory changes into operational guidance.
  • •Partner with HR Technology, Product, and Legal, and manage audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory enquiries across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
  • •5+ years of hands-on EMEA payroll and tax compliance experience.
  • •Experience undertaking internal risk reviews covering payroll compliance.
  • •Proven payroll compliance and administration expertise with a strong background in tax consulting.
  • •Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll and HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP Global View).
