Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute test strategies for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, including complex custom PCRs and schema modifications.
  • •Build and execute functional test scenarios for time evaluation, quota processing, retroactive payroll accounting, and payroll rule changes.
  • •Own regression test coverage for payroll and time processes impacted by configuration/development changes.
  • •Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., using TOSCA or equivalent tools) for SAP HCM transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
  • •Hands-on experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects in an SAP HCM landscape.
  • •Experience building and maintaining automated test scripts for SAP using TOSCA (or similar) independently.
  • •Strong understanding of retroactive payroll processing and experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
