Application Management Senior Specialist

Own end-to-end testing for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, including complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and ABAP objects. Build functional and regression test scenarios, manage SIT/UAT cycles, and ensure retroactive payroll results validate against business rules and collective agreement requirements. Design and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., TOSCA) to accelerate regression cycles, while logging defects, coordinating retesting, managing test data, and maintaining full test traceability.
