Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide data analysis and develop applications/web-reports to improve production metrics.
  • •Lead and coordinate operations improvement projects across departments, including cycle time reduction and continuous improvement efforts.
  • •Analyze AMHS layout to address congestion and slow delivery times; optimize tool-to-tool delivery and on-time delivery.
  • •Develop pre/post metrics for OI enhancements and follow OI testing cycle (DEV/BETA/PROD) for software releases.
  • •Support 24/7 OI systems when on call and collaborate with Operations teams via rotations in the Remote Operations Center (ROC).

Key Requirements

  • •Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering or related field.
  • •Manufacturing science experience, including scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning.
  • •Database management methods and techniques, including SQL.
  • •Scripting/programming and visualization tools experience, including Python, Java, Tableau, Matlab, or C#.
  • •Snowflake and tooling experience, including Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps, plus data visualization/analytics warehousing and data cleansing.
