Plan, set up, and manage promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. Partner with the Trading and Marketing teams to ensure Free Bet, Lucky Wheel, and other incentives are configured correctly in internal systems, executed on time, and aligned with business goals. Analyze campaign configurations and performance metrics, run quality assurance checks before launch, and continuously optimize promotion effectiveness for sportsbook impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and configure promotional missions and campaign setups in internal systems.
•Set up and manage manual Free Bet gifts, Lucky Wheel promotions, and other customer incentive campaigns.
•Collaborate with the Trading team to align campaign mechanics, promotional offers, and business objectives.
•Analyze promotion configurations and campaign settings to ensure effectiveness and compliance; review performance metrics for optimization.
•Act as liaison between Trading and Marketing to communicate requirements, timelines, and updates and support campaign launch and monitoring.

Key Requirements

•Experience in sportsbook operations or a similar iGaming business.
•Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets.
•Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Analytical mindset to assess promotional performance and identify improvements.
