Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on-site emergency repairs to UPS systems, batteries, and power distribution solutions.
  • •Perform start-up services and preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and peak performance.
  • •Travel daily to customer sites from a home office and occasionally stay overnight as needed.
  • •Follow strict company/customer safety rules and participate in safety audits and compliance programs.
  • •Support customer needs outside the immediate region within the USA for at least three weeks per quarter and assist with physical tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Two years of power systems, battery technologies, and/or electronics experience (including relevant coursework and internship experience).

  • •Daily travel to customer sites is required using an Eaton-provided fleet vehicle.
  • •Must undergo and pass customer entrance requirements as needed, including periodic background checks and drug screenings.
