Key Responsibilities

  • •Introduce the MDP framework to a diverse set of stakeholders within the Space Business Line and socialise resources with cross-functional partners.
  • •Lead Manufacturing Engineering teams through MDP rollout and implementation; create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) spanning 5–7 product lines and cross-functional teams.
  • •Communicate the importance of MDP to technical and non-technical stakeholders and tailor communication strategies accordingly.
  • •Track manufacturing readiness and associated risk over time, synthesising engineering and production information to identify and escalate risks.
  • •Facilitate phase gate evaluations and guide messaging to stakeholders; provide feedback on best practices and lessons learned.

Key Requirements
