Job Summary

Lead pre-sales for data and AI opportunities by partnering with sales and delivery teams to define, demonstrate, build, and estimate solutions. Shape APAC Singapore go-to-market approaches aligned to the Data & AI portfolio, identify target customers and relevant solutions, and drive client discussions to new opportunities. Differentiate proposals using global capabilities and innovation assets, and guide platform migration/upgrade plans while supporting teams through architecture, testing, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

•Support pre-sales by partnering with sales and delivery teams to define, demonstrate, build solutions, and estimate opportunities.
•Develop value propositions for prioritized industries using insights on industry trends and client challenges.
•Create go-to-market approaches for the Singapore/APAC cluster aligned with the Data & AI portfolio across geographies and industries.
•Engage clients to identify new opportunities and drive them with sales teams, including augmenting sales for pitches, solutioning, and proposals.
•Guide migration/upgrade plans for data and AI platforms and help the development team through design, testing, and modification stages.

Key Requirements

•At least 10 years of experience in consulting and/or IT services.
•Advanced track record as a developer and architect of new systems/solutions.
•Hands-on experience with data and AI platforms, including leading data-driven projects tied to business outcomes.
•Advanced client engagement and development consulting experience, including presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
•Experience managing expectations across business and financial constraints in an agile development environment.
