Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead large-scale cyber and operational resilience programmes, including regulatory alignment with PRA, DORA, and global frameworks.
  • •Oversee resilience assessments across operational and technology landscapes, including third-party and vendor risk exposure.
  • •Define and implement resilience frameworks, governance models, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
  • •Drive cyber resilience strategy, including cyber posture assessments, security design, and cloud security initiatives.
  • •Lead business development, proposition creation, and client account growth within the Cyber & Resilience domain.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in cyber risk, operational resilience, and third-party risk within financial services or consulting.
  • •Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes and engage senior executive stakeholders.
  • •Strong experience in solution development, proposition building, and driving new business opportunities.
  • •Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing consulting teams.
  • •Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and practical implementation across resilience frameworks.
