Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure financial statements reflect the financial health across entities and regions
  • •Lead preparation and consolidation of financial statements at holding level
  • •Coordinate month-end closing for holding entity and subsidiaries
  • •Oversee global accounting operations including intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
  • •Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions
  • •Develop and manage global cost allocation methodologies
  • •Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate risk
  • •Collaborate with finance leadership on process improvements and new entity implementations
  • •Manage relationships with auditors and oversee external audits

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent required
  • •10+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in a multi-country, multi-entity environment
  • •Extensive experience with IFRS, consolidations, and intercompany eliminations
  • •Big 4 experience is strongly preferred, particularly in audit or advisory services
  • •Strong understanding of multi-currency consolidations
