Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow style and service standards.
•Build and maintain client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
•Drive sales by cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset-protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and using basic computers (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional composure.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
