Key Responsibilities

•Lead system-level integration and bring-up of HIL benches replicating vehicle E/E behavior.
•Design and assemble bench hardware (wire harnesses, breakout boxes, load simulation, power distribution, and instrumentation).
•Develop Python tooling and automation for ECU flashing, test orchestration, and bench health monitoring integrated into CI pipelines.
•Debug internal hardware and software issues using oscilloscopes and bus analysis tools across CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Automotive Ethernet.
•Conduct network compatibility and protocol compliance reviews; define acceptance criteria and execute bench- and vehicle-level validation to closure while maintaining platform documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS or MS degree in Electrical, Computer, Systems Engineering, or equivalent program.
•2-3+ years of experience in vehicle E/E systems integration, HIL bench development, or vehicle-level validation.
•Experience integrating and bringing up hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) benches replicating vehicle E/E behavior.
•Ability to debug hardware and software issues using instrumentation and bus analysis tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/Automotive Ethernet).
•Experience developing tooling/automation for test orchestration and integrating bench workflows into CI pipelines.
