Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador of the Coach brand. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction handling, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to encourage repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and keeping the sales floor/stockroom clean and organized.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping/video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills (preferred).
