Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert guidance on Basel 3 capital adequacy and GAAP-consistent regulatory reporting requirements for recurring, complex, and unusual transactions.
  • •Research and interpret complex transactions (e.g., securitizations, off-balance sheet exposures) and draft/review interpretive analyses for new initiatives.
  • •Draft and maintain regulatory capital and reporting policies, standards, and procedures; support implementation of new rules and interpretations.
  • •Track and communicate regulatory developments (FRB and FDIC) and support change management for regulatory updates.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to support enterprise risk management and governance, including documentation and communication of interpretive changes; represent the firm in industry forums and regulatory discussions.

Key Requirements
