Key Responsibilities

  • •Design technical solutions for complex problems, including requirement interpretation/allocation and defining processes to support implementation.
  • •Provide onsite AV system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure operational readiness.
  • •Deliver technical support to end users in person or by phone, including troubleshooting and optimization of AV performance, availability, and scalability.
  • •Manage system documentation and troubleshooting guides in Confluence, Jira, or other ticketing systems and ensure compliance with change management processes.
  • •Provide AV system user training and be available for on-call support outside regular business hours to address urgent issues.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of related network engineering experience and ability to take ambiguous requirements or problems and convert them into technical solutions.
  • •Experience installing and troubleshooting audiovisual systems (e.g., Cisco, Thinklogical) and maintaining/troubleshooting Integrated Client Transmitters.
  • •Experience supporting high operations/temp environments and providing technical support to end users in person or by phone.
  • •Ability to partner with systems administrators, storage administrators, and application developers to solve complex problems, including complex problem research and issue resolution.
  • •Ability to mentor junior engineers; TS/SCI with SCI Poly clearance is required (Top Secret SCI + Polygraph).
