Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key finance interface between CGO, Program SBU Finance, and functional partners to align on financial deliverables, reporting, and investment activities.
  • •Manage CGO FP&A deliverables including investment tracking, monthly forecasts, and Long Range Plan (LRP) deliverables.
  • •Partner with the CGO FP&A Director to prepare senior leadership presentations and financial reviews.
  • •Coordinate with CGO team, Raytheon FP&A/Accounting, and program finance leaders to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and financial controls across munitions programs.
  • •Support capital request submissions via eCAR as needed and improve CGO financial processes, reporting, and analytics through automation and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 7 years of experience.
  • •Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and/or PowerPoint).
  • •Experience interfacing with cross-functional disciplines (e.g., engineering, supply chain, contracts, operations, quality).
  • •Experience applying EVMS, Program Controls, and/or Cost/Schedule Integration (or a similar system).
