Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop cloud engineering teams supporting AWS and Azure while ensuring architectural consistency and adherence to enterprise standards.
•Architect, design, and deploy cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies (Terraform, GitOps).
•Oversee CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Jenkins, Ansible, and Git-based workflows.
•Champion Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and lifecycle management and guide modernization initiatives including VMware-to-Cloud migration planning and execution.
•Own operational reliability and incident response processes (monitoring, RCA, corrective actions, cross-team communications) and implement governance around runbooks and escalation.
•Implement cloud security and compliance measures, including IAM role design, least privilege, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), vulnerability management (Falcon CrowdStrike), and alignment to NIST controls and STIG benchmarks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
•Experience leading incident response and operational reliability frameworks (monitoring, alerting, performance tuning).
•AWS/Azure infrastructure management using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, GitOps) and CI/CD automation (Jenkins, Ansible, Git-based workflows).
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and lifecycle management.
•Knowledge of cloud security hardening and governance, including IAM least privilege, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), vulnerability management (Falcon CrowdStrike), and compliance alignment to NIST/STIG.
