Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement source code/configuration management strategy, including branching strategy (Git-flow/Trunk-based) and versioning policy (SemVer).
•Manage lifecycle deliverables such as change logs and release artifacts (release notes).
•Build and run CI/CD pipelines, designing and optimizing build/deploy automation processes.
•Operate SCM tools and manage their configuration and access permissions (e.g., GitLab, Perforce).
•Develop internal automation tools based on SCM APIs (e.g., project creation, permission granting, repository migrations).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
•4+ years of hands-on SCM/Build/Release engineering experience.
•Professional proficiency with SCM tools such as GitLab and/or Perforce.
•Strong Git skills, including resolving merge conflicts, using rebase, and understanding Git internals.
•Experience automating work with Python, Bash, or shell scripting, plus professional use of Jenkins/GitLab CI/GitHub Actions (any one).
